Europe Set Design
2017

The first project of my second year at Rochester UCA was to design multiple elements of one of two modern plays. I chose Europe, which revolves around a small, almost forgotten train station in central Europe and the people who work there or are passing through. The play was to be theoretically set in the Royal Court Theatre Upstairs, which is a single room with no specified stage or seating area.
My set design consisted entirely of a single section of a train station platform with furniture which could be moved around to form different locations such as a bar and the interior of a train carriage.
